Kosnex spends a considerable amount of time and money encouraging staff to achieve their potential through courses, training and qualifications (MCSE, CCNA, CCNP etc.). Kosnex offers their team a monthly review where we measure the current level you are standing at and pit that against where you wish to be and work out a clear plan in order to help you in attain your desired progression.

High staff retention
Our staff turnover is far less than the industry average. We are proud of the emphasis we place on keeping our staff stimulated with plenty of opportunities for progression in training and career development. We also ensure that working for Kosnex is enjoyable and social, so staff go home happy at the end of the day and come back every Monday morning. Very few people leave Kosnex, so we must be doing something right!

Excellent and numerous bonus opportunities
Many Kosnex engineers and designers receive a monthly uncapped bonus based on the quality of their work. This enables engineers to receive direct remuneration for their hard work and in many cases can add to up to 10% of their gross salary. Colleagues working in other departments also receive similarly structured, regular bonuses based on their performance.

Location
Kosnex is based in Harrow, only 30 minutes from Central London. This provides easy commutes to our staff, excellent proximity to our customers.
